These days, key boxes are becoming increasingly popular in short-term rentals, offering a practical and discreet solution that allows visitors to collect their keys flexibly, simplifying their stay while guaranteeing security.

What is a key box? 🗝️

A key box is a secure device, usually installed on the door of our accommodation, which contains the keys needed to access your accommodation. Access to this box is via a unique code sent by SMS, allowing you to retrieve the keys independently, without needing to meet an Apart'Moment representative. Practical, isn't it?

One of the greatest advantages of the key box is the flexibility it offers you. Whether you arrive late at night or early in the morning, simply enter the code to access your accommodation. No need to worry about arrival times, you can travel at your own pace and without stress! 🧘‍♂️

Simple and time-saving ⏳
Thanks to our key box system, you no longer need to coordinate a physical meeting for check-in or check-out. The access code is sent to you by text message the day before your arrival, or at the latest the same morning, together with detailed instructions on how to collect the keys. On departure, simply drop the keys in a dedicated letterbox, as specified in the instructions received by text message. This simplicity reduces stress and allows you to concentrate fully on your stay, making it much more enjoyable.
